Please read these terms carefully before registering. By becoming a member of The Beats of the African Diaspora Network (“TBADN Member”), you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions about these terms, you can contact us at info@thebeatsofafrica.com.
As a member of The Beats of the African Diaspora Network, you will receive the benefits associated with your chosen membership tier in exchange for your subscription payments.
The Beats of the African Diaspora Network regularly reviews its benefits and reserves the right to modify or update the benefits available to members at any time. The current benefits will always be listed on our website. No refunds will be issued if membership benefits are altered or removed.
Your membership includes both digital and in-person benefits. Some in-person events are hosted at specific locations, but certain benefits and events are available digitally. If you do not reside in an area where in-person events take place, you will still be able to enjoy the digital benefits, but no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend virtual or in-person events.
By becoming a member of The Beats of the African Diaspora Network, you agree to receive electronic communications related to your membership. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct email address to receive these communications.
If you opt out of our digital communications, you may miss important information about events, benefits, or exclusive content. However, you will still receive administrative emails about your membership (such as payment receipts).
All The Beats of the African Diaspora Network memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person, unless the event allows for guest bookings.
Your membership includes one ticket per digital or in-person event unless otherwise stated. It is important to book your place in advance as space is limited, and tickets are subject to availability.
If you book a ticket for an event but can no longer attend, please inform us by emailing info@thebeatsofafrica.com so we can free up your space.
You may cancel your membership once you have completed at least 12 months of payments if you chose the monthly plan, or at the end of the annual period if you selected a yearly plan.
You have the legal right to cancel your membership within 14 days of registration. If you have already used benefits (such as event tickets or exclusive content), we may require you to return the benefits or pay the full price for them.
The Beats of the African Diaspora Network may cancel or suspend your membership immediately if you breach these terms, including failure to make payment.
By registering, we will process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate. If your details change, you can update them via your member account.
